Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn, unwashed, unwrinkled, with its tags, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned.

Returns Accepted Under Certain Conditions:

Returns are accepted if the size is incorrect, if the color does not match, or if the product is damaged. In such cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at: Contact@badra.site. The return address will be provided during our exchange with the customer.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the package.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product. We will assess the situation and take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale or clearance items, or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a new purchase for the desired product once the return has been accepted.

Right of Return in Canada/US:

If you have ordered from Canada, you have 30 days after receipt to request a return or exchange, without having to provide a reason.

The item must be in the condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with its tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 6 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
